1. Diet – You may not be eating enough (possibly through fear of getting fat?)

  4. Balanced training – You can be so focused on one particular body part you forget the importance of full-body training

  6. Eating habits – You may eat sporadically where as you need to have a consistent balanced diet
  7. Routine – You may rarely alter this
  8. Consistency – You may only train what you can see in the mirror neglecting other important areas
  9. Protein – You may not be drinking any protein shakes or you could be drinking the wrong kind
  10. Rest – You may not be getting enough
